The service

ToolDash offers free online tools, most of which run entirely in your browser, and AI tools (subtitle generation and translation, text to speech and video dubbing) that run on our servers and on third-party AI providers. The AI tools need an account and use prepaid credits.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. One person may not create several accounts to collect welcome credits. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Credits and payments

• Credits are bought in one-time packs, priced in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, don't expire, and can only be used on ToolDash. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Each AI tool shows its credit cost before you run it. If a request fails, its credits are returned automatically.
• Prices and credit costs may change; a change never affects credits you already hold.
• Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Only upload content you own or have permission to use. For dubbing, you need permission from everyone whose voice is in the file.
• Don't use the tools for anything illegal, to impersonate or deceive people, to create harassing or abusive content, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't try to get around credit charges, rate limits or other protections, or overload the service with automated requests.

AI output

AI-generated transcripts, translations, voices and dubs can contain mistakes. Check them before you rely on or publish them. You are responsible for how you use the output, including under the terms of the AI provider that produced it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep ToolDash available but provide it "as is", without warranties. Tools or providers may be paused or changed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
